Ruby Tuesday#59 Plaza Lacson, Manila

Photobucket

This is the statue of Arsenio Lacson, a former mayor of Manila. He was nicknamed "Arsenic" for having a bad mouth but with a good heart. The plaza wherein this statue stands was named after him. It was formerly known as Plaza Goiti.

Plaza Lacson is part of old Manila and is situated just right after McArthur Bridge in Carriedo, Sta. Cruz, Manila.

He must have been a good leader to have been given a statue.
