Learning New Things

I feel that am spending too much time here on the internet without so much results but my blogs. So, to test my brain cells if they are still functioning aside when am at work, I am planning to attend two workshops, to wit:

Creative Writing Workshop which will be held this coming Saturday from 8am to 5pm at the PLDT Training Room, Davao City. Details here.

Photography Workshop which will be held this coming July 24 and July 25, 2010. Details below:

- Hand-on lecture (basic photography)

- Photo shoot with Tribu Mindanawan Dancers, wildlife photography
- Shots for Photo contest
- Preparation for photo entries
- On the spot photo printing (c/o Canon)
- May extend for night shooting


DAY 2
Venue: Loleng's Garden Resort (Free ride going to the site)
time: 9 am - 5pm
Activities:
-Short Forum with Guest Speaker
-hands on Lecture
-Fashion/Glamour Photography
-Presentation of the Photo Entry
-Photo Critiques
-Photo Shoot with Models (Mutya ng Dabaw runners-up)
-Giving of Certificates
-Awarding for the Best Photo winners (c/o Canon, Tekpone and other Sponsors)

Yes, yes..I know I don't have DSLR camera even if I'm fantasizing to have one. But for now, I'll make do with my Canon G10 point and shoot.

Mind you, am kind of intimidated with these two workshops but what the heck, there's no better way to get my brain cells juice going but to intimidate them sometimes. Fighting! Who wants to go with me..let's get it on!
