Ruby Tuesday#16 Our Lunch In Hundred Islands

After doing some island hopping, the Marcos island jump and soaking in the waters for a half-day, we were all set and ready to have a big meal. Fortunately, our boatman, Gerry, volunteered to cook our lunch for us while we explored and took pictures in Quezon Island, Hundred Islands National Park, Alaminos, Pangasinan.

The best way to eat typical Philippine food like grilled fresh fish, pork belly-both dipped in soy sauce and native lemons with newly-cooked rice is to eat barehanded; and when you down them with ice-cold coke, it's a guaranteed burping, satisfying meal.

By the way, next time I get back to Hundred Islands, I'd be sure to hire Gerry again as our boatman. He can really cook.
