Ruby Tuesday#31 Red And Yellow Banners
Red and yellow banners sponsored by popular beer brand in the country, the San Miguel Beer (that's the beer bottle at the background). I took this picture during the Kadayawan Festival last year. The annual festival is usually held every third week of August and is one of the biggest festivals in the country.
