Hitting the target, that’s always the emphasis during our meetings. We are being rated for it and along with that, our incentives basis are based on the target accomplishment. The targets are high enough to get every one busy but what’s bothersome is that, some branches seem to be busier fringing with jurisdiction. On our side, we try to convince new clients to get in while trying to sustain our old ones but it seems it is not so with our colleagues in other branches. Instead of finding new ones that have never registered yet, they find the registered ones in other branches and convince them to transfer to theirs. A true dog eats dog corporate world, huh!
