Planting season has not yet started at Banaue Rice Terraces. I wish it was while we were there. For sure, it would have been beautiful with all those stairways looking all so green.

I didn't know Philippines too have these rice terraces.Mostly I've seen there are the flat ones,where are these taken? I've seen the ones in Indonesia, they are so beautiful.

@jama: Banaue Rice terraces can be found on the northern part of the Philippines. It is about 8-9 hours ride and more than 330 kms away from Manila, the country's capital.
Great views, love the red in front to frame the mountains.
