Change Is Good

Another batch of changes in my life is rolling off the press and I like it. Sure, the apprehensions are there but I am looking forward to anything that could make things better. Some people have been crying about the unfairness of it all but for me, they deserve what they got. Besides, things will be for the better in the long run.

Obama is insisting on the health care reform programs to get moving. He’s getting resistance from everywhere but still, a lot of his people are hoping that what he’s pursuing will come true. Nobody will know if all will come into fruition but what’s important is that he made people sit up straight from slouching for a long time; he made them look at things differently, he made them dream and hope; he made his people think of others. Already, that’s a good accomplishment.

One thing is for sure, change is inevitable. It can be good, it can get bad but what’s important is how you roll with it. Roll with the punches, so to speak. If you cannot accept change, you’ll die old and rotten.
