This is SugarMunch Bakeshop’s Brazo de Mercedes. Creamy, fluffy, sweet and yummy. It was supposed to be eaten as dessert for our lunch during one of our site inspections but it looked too yummy that we ate half of it while we were inside our office vehicle.Here's another creamy entry..

Oh my, I haven't had brazos in a long time. My husband calls it a heart attack waiting to happen. LOL!
