This place is called "The Terraces", part of Ayala Cebu's food and beverage strip. The landscape is really beautiful even at night and there are even water features around the area that really makes the place laid back.

Cebu looks beautiful. A friend of ours lived there; but is now deceased. I wish we had made time to visit Cebu while he was alive. When the opportunity is there one shouldn't pass it up is what my husband and I learned. Your photo gives me a touch of Cebu's glorious look.
