La.Pi.S#5 Crunchy





Crunchy Chicharon (deep fried porkskin) is a very popular Pinoy snack food and almost always, part of the drinking sessions of the guys. It is actually one of my comfort foods. There was even a time that I had this bad habit every Sunday; I would watch Sunday afternoon TV shows alone with a bag of chicharon, vinegar with sliced garlic dip and ice cold coke. Ugh! A recipe for a heart attack! It was a good thing that I stopped doing it when I started showing the “fruits” of my Sunday afternoon dates on my waistline.

chicharon din ang unang pumasok sa isip ko sa theme na crunchy, kaya lang off limits yan sa aming bahay dahil sa BP ng asawa ko hehe. :)
